About the Online Application process.

Your information is not stored in our system until you have submitted the completed application forms. If your session times out or you lose connection with our site prior to submitting the complete application you will need to restart the Online Application from the beginning. Please keep this in mind and make sure you have all the necessary application information readily available before you start.

If you encounter technical difficulties while entering your application you can contact the web tech team to report the problem and/or you can print out the manual application form and submit your application by mail, fax or in person.

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from UW Professional & Continuing Education. You will have an opportunity to manage your preferences.

You will need to have the following information available to complete the Online Application forms.
  • Personal information (i.e. Address, phone, email, Social Security Number, etc)
  • Payment information (For online application payment is limited to credit card with VISA or MasterCard)
  • Letter of application, prepared in advance, in plain text format
  • Resume, prepared in advance, in plain text format

General application information:
  • Once you have submitted the completed online application you will receive a confirmation email that your application has been received.
  • Please refer to the program web page to learn more about the turnaround time associated with the review of your application.

Note:

Your application will be evaluated on the basis of the materials you submit. If accepted into the program, your application information may be shared with the instructors in the program. If you have questions about the application process, please call 206-685-8936.
