How to View Your Electronic Class List

Go to the MyUW Web site: myuw.washington.edu.
Log in with your UW NetID and password to reach the MyUW main (front) page.
On the MyUW main page (MyFrontPage), click the “Teaching” tab on the left.
Under" UW Educational Outreach Teaching Schedule," click the MyUWClass icon under the “Syllabus” column, the last column on the right. You will reach the "Instructor View" (MyUWClass) of the course.*
Go to “Electronic Class List” on the right and click “Display on a Web Page." You can view the list online or print it.

Note: In the past, the UEWO database generated a list of active students each month (Monthly Enrollment Report) that was mailed to instructors. UWEO moved to a new database in fall, 2003, and now the enrollment report (online class list) is updated every night. For this reason, UWEO no longer mais out the Monthly Enrollment Reports. The Electronic Class List is a current record of all students in your course and their status—“enrolled” or “dropped.”

* If you do not see any classes listed under your teaching schedule, you'll need to activate the link to your online class. (You need to carry out this process only once for each course.) To activate the link:

Click “Change Content” on the upper right of the page.
On the next page, click the “Browse and Choose” button to reach “Choose the Content on the Teaching Page.”
On “Choose the Content on the Teaching Page,” check the box next to “UW Educational Outreach Teaching Schedule.” If you are not teaching a classroom-based course, uncheck the box next to “Teaching Class Schedule.”
You can access a variety of teaching resources by clicking other boxes on this page. We recommend that you also check the box next to “Faculty Development Opportunities” so that you can view links to these resources.
Click the “Save your Changes” button, located at both the top and bottom of the page. This returns you to the MyUW main page. Follow steps 3–5 above to view your class list.
