Courses are held on the University of Washington Seattle campus. After you register, we will send you a room confirmation for your child's class. To locate your classroom, please see the UW campus maps Web page.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up Information
There is no supervised check-in or check-out. Students must go directly to the assigned classrooms and check in with the instructor.
Lunches and Snacks
This program does not provide any food or drinks during the day. UW campus food facilities are not available to participants because of the timing and location of classes. Please be sure to pack food and drinks each day. For all-day classes, students will eat together under the supervision of a counselor. They are not permitted to leave the group.
Attendance
Instructors record attendance daily. Please notify the Middle School Counselor, by calling the cell phone number provided with your confirmation packet, if your student must miss a class. For safety and security reasons, if a student is not in class and we have not been notified, we will contact the parents using the numbers provided on the registration forms.
