Academic Advising

Summer-only students
Summer-only students, or those who plan to complete degrees elsewhere, are not required to see an adviser. However, advisers are available to meet with you to discuss your educational plans, share information about UW resources and acquaint you with all that the UW Summer Quarter experience has to offer. If you have questions about courses or wish to meet with an adviser, please contact UW Professional & Continuing Education Academic Advising at 206-543-6160 or advisers@pce.uw.edu.

Summer/autumn degree-seeking students
If you are a newly admitted or continuing UW student, you are encouraged to consult with an adviser to plan your educational objectives and degree progress. Day students should consult with the Gateway Center, Mary Gates Hall, Room 171 (see map), 206-543-2550.

Evening Degree Students
Evening degree students should contact 206-543-6160 or advisers@pce.uw.edu to schedule an advising appointment.

Students with Declared Majors
Students who are declared majors should consult with their individual departments for advising.
