Course Description

This class is for people who love to sing and would have fun performing a musical comedy song or scene in class. This class is for singers of all levels. It focuses on obtaining good vocal technique and the chance to use good vocal technique while singing and performing a musical comedy song or scene in class. The class covers basic vocal technique, performing skills, confidence in performing, awareness of your audience, and the ability to control nerves in a performance situation.

If you have ever wanted to have the chance to sing a favorite musical scene, ensemble, duet or solo, this is your chance. Students will sing and warm up as a group and have the opportunity to sing and study with the instructor one-on-one. There will be a performance at the conclusion of the workshop.
