All drivers, teachers, chaperones and students should be aware of the drop-off and pick-up site and times, and where vehicles can be parked during the 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. timeframe.

Be sure to include, on your school registration form, the number of buses you will be bringing. This information helps us minimize the impact our loading/unloading and parking has on the daily flow of traffic on campus. Please give your bus drivers a copy of the Specific Instructions for Buses, which includes a map for parking buses during the day.

WLD Volunteers will be posted at the drop-off site at the Henry Art Gallery to assist in directing groups to Meany Hall, where the opening session will be held.

Cars

On-campus Parking

The following lots have limited spaces for private vehicles. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis:

• Central Parking Garage: Entrance at 15th Ave. NE and NE 41st St.
  
  
• Padelford Parking Lots (N18–21): Entrance near intersection of 25th Ave. NE and Pend Oreille Road

The cost of parking on-campus is $9 per day per vehicle.

Off-campus Parking

The most economical and space-available parking is available in Lot E-1 (Montlake Parking). Enter at the north end of the lot, off Montlake Blvd. Rates are $4 per day (pay as you enter the lot – $1 or $5 bills or quarters only). Access to the main campus is by elevated footbridge across Montlake Blvd.

Please note that parking prices are subject to change.

Walking time from the parking areas (both on- and off-campus) to the central campus varies from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. Please plan accordingly.
