In order to provide a great experience for WLD participants, as well as presenters, here are a few WLD principals to encourage your students to adhere to:

• Attend the sessions indicated on your schedule. Presenters are told in advance of the number of participants to expect, and many will have prepared handouts or other materials. Presenters work hard to develop interesting sessions. Please respect their time.
• Refrain from talking during any presentation or class.
• Once in a class or a presentation, stay the entire time. It is very distracting both to the presenter and to the participants when people get up during any presentation or class.
• Attend language class observations – only if scheduled to do so, as space is limited.
