Janice Cowsert

Cowsert is the Managing Partner of 2b3d, LLC, a full service virtual world's consulting and development company. She leads the team of virtual world artists and scripters that focus on enterprise, academia and government contracts. She draws on an active career in corporate financial management and is a CMA. She is interested in giving students the opportunity to develop their marketable skills as builders of virtual environments.

Randy Hinrichs

Hinrichs is a Partner at 2b3d, a virtual world's development company. He is responsible for the consulting part of the business, advising enterprise customers on how to effectively leverage Virtual Worlds for business and education. He focuses on collaboration, meeting spaces, business management, branding, and innovative uses for education. Hinrichs got his start in Virtual Worlds at Microsoft working in their collaboration with MIT.
