Program Overview
Business, government, and service organizations are expecting more from their training investment than ever. Training professionals who design, facilitate, and evaluate employee learning are increasingly being called upon not only to provide a satisfying in-class experience for participants, but also to produce a strategically relevant result from the training methods utilized.
This program is designed for organizational trainers who want to develop their organizational savvy, as well as their stand-up presentation and facilitation skills. Understanding the role of training in organizations, being able to explain the return on the training investment, and linking training to organizational results are key components of this program. Throughout each course, and specifically in spring quarter, you will gain practical experience making presentations and honing your facilitation skills. Effective use of training consultants, products, services, and organizations is also covered.
