Jim Chase
Quality Assurance Consultant, Implementation Specialist
As a professional with 15 years in software systems development and quality assurance, Chase has hands-on experience in programming, design, implementation, analysis and standards-based quality assurance. He has acted as consultant and quality assurance lead for many web, PC, client-server and mainframe systems. Chase is familiar with ISO-9000/IEEE standards and is a Certified Quality Auditor as recognized by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He has been named a Certified Software Test Engineer by the Quality Assurance Institute, and is a member of the Seattle Area Software Quality Assurance Group (SASQAG).
Tom Gilchrist
Associate Technical Fellow, Information Systems Quality Assurance, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group
Co-founder and board member of the Seattle Area Software Quality Assurance Group (SASQAG), Gilchrist has worked at Boeing for 19 years as a lead software engineer, senior software engineer and associate technical fellow. He has also worked as a software development consultant. Gilchrist is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), has been named a Certified Quality Analyst by the Quality Assurance Institute, and serves as the ASQ software division's Region 6 counselor.
William BJ Rollison
Test Trainer, Microsoft Corp.
Rollison is a test trainer at Microsoft Corp. He was also the director of test training, a test manager on Internet Explorer, and a test lead on the Windows 95 project. He has a strong background in computer internationalization. Prior to joining Microsoft, Rollison worked for a computer company in Japan building custom hardware and developing software solutions.
