The Certificate in Business Administration - Evening Program is composed of a single 15 credit course that meets bi-weekly over both the Winter and Spring quarters and includes an integrated set of modules covering:
Accounting
- Introduction to financial and managerial accounting
- Read and analyze a business financial statement, the income statement balance sheet and statement of cash flow
- Evaluate a company's financial position, including cash flow, profitability and liquidity
- Conduct cost-volume-profit analysis
- Develop a budget projection

Marketing
- Prepare a marketing plan for a product or organization

Business Policy
- Determine an enterprise's competitive strategy (cost leadership, differentiation and focus)
- Conduct a strategic business analysis in which strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) are assessed

- Formulate or evaluate a business strategy, given information on products, the industry and the organization
- Develop a mission statement, and evaluate strategic goals
People Management
