Admission
I am an international transfer student with 75 credits completed within the United States
How do I qualify for admission to the Evening Degree Program?
- You must be an international transfer student. An international transfer student is someone who is attending or has attended any post-secondary institution but who has not yet completed a four-year bachelor's degree.
- Must have completed at least 75 transferable quarter credits within the United States. The Evening Degree Program is a degree completion program. This means that the program offers only the last two years of the four year bachelor's degree, i.e. the junior and senior year. To be eligible for admission consideration to the Evening Degree program, a student must have completed 75 or more transferable college credits or an Associates of Arts/Sciences from an accredited college or university in the United States.
- Identify one of the five available Evening Degree majors as a choice for study. In order to graduate, each student is required to select a field of specialized study, known as the major. Because each major, as well as college or school, has its own requirements, students are strongly encouraged to discuss their plans with an Evening Degree adviser. Advisers will help students select courses which are required for them to complete their degree. The Evening Degree Program offers five majors: Communication, English, Health Information Administration, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
