Admission

I am an international transfer student with 75 credits completed within the United States

What if I have advanced level credit?

Students who are admitted to the University with official exam results from an advanced level exam may receive up to one year of college level credit. Credit is not given for every subject, however, and a student's performance on an exam will also determine how much credit will be received. The amount of credit will be determined after a student has been admitted and confirmed his or her enrollment. Please consult the UW Web site for complete policy statements:

Submitting your scores:

The easiest way to ensure that the UW receives your AP or IB scores is to name the UW as a recipient when you sign up for the exam(s). If you did not request the scores at the time of your exam, then contact the testing organization to request scores be sent to the UW Office of Admissions. For other exams, such as A levels, you will need to submit official exam results or a certified-true copy of the exam results to the Office of Admissions as soon as they become available. If you are admitted to the UW, Admissions will inform you in late July or early August of the credits you were awarded.
