  Please note: There is a $35 nonrefundable registration fee per child per summer term.

Risk and Consent Form form must be submitted for each registered student four weeks prior to the start of the program.

Youth Programs Refund Policy
You may withdraw via telephone or a written request. If the request is received prior to the refund deadline, you will receive a 100 percent refund less the $35 nonrefundable registration fee. Fees are not refunded after the deadline. A complete refund will be made if the session is canceled by UW Extension.
